Leader opportunities in Africa and India
We are always looking for excellent Group Leaders and Assistant Leaders to lead our volunteer trips.
You should have at least 6 weeks experience of working and travelling in Africa or Asia (ideally with rural communities) and have experience leading and working with groups of young people. You will also need to hold (or be willing to gain) a 2 day Remote First Aid qualification. Previous knowledge of and an interest in international or community development is also essential.
Our busiest periods are June/July/August and October, so you need to be free during this time. Contracts are usually for around 2-4 weeks at a time, so can fit in well around full time employment.
All our Leaders are paid and we also cover the cost of flights, insurance and training.
